Why Recital4ALL?

I know it from my own early experiences how important it is to get some extra practice or exposure, at any audience-filled venue, especially before performing at festivals or exams. Or, simply just to gain this always-needed extra confidence and belief in your own self. These opportunities provide us, the children, not only a chance to be better prepared for what lies ahead, but also it teaches us responsibility, self-management and a tremendous sense of self-worth.

Ever since the closure of the Rotary Burlington Music Festival, I thought that our community lost what once was the base of a young musician’s musical adventure, not just from Burlington, but from neighbouring cities and towns as well. Remembering my first experiences there, I don’t ever recall there being a time when I didn’t learn something new. I will be forever thankful for those opportunities that I have had with the festival and other similar events to advance my knowledge in music.

I’d like to try to keep providing this great opportunity to perform to all those who’d like to showcase their talents, build up their courage and hopefully advance with their artistic ambitions. This is the reason why I created Recital4All.
